Gerraine Lubrin, serves as Fiscal Officer for the Virgin Islands Office of Highway Safety (VIOHS) within the Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD).  A Government of the Virgin Islands employee for more than seventeen (17) years, she has held various Accounting positions such as Accountant I and Accountant II, within the Department of Planning and Natural Resources for eleven (11) years and has served as a Fiscal Officer for the past six (6) years. Ms. Lubrin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Northwood University, West Palm Beach, Florida. 

Ms. Lubrin provides accounting technical support for the Fiscal Section, which handles all aspects of the Federal grant programs within the VIOHS to include grant budgets, supervision of purchasing and accounting functions, coordination of central accounting processes and financial voucher requests for the VIOHS grant programs. Also, Ms. Lubrin is responsible for providing support and direction on utilizing grant funds within the specified guidelines and conditions of each program and related projects.
